So here’s a revelation I was not expecting, Twilight apparently did have friends before she moved to Ponyvillie. That’s actually kind of interesting, it shows that Twilight always had the ability to make friends, she just never bothered to even try most of the time. This episode also does something I’m not sure I’ve seen from a TV show before, it takes a small scene from a previous episode, and expands on it to make it the subject of an entire episode. Well after a very momentous weekend where my sister got married, I arrived home on Sunday evening to first of all watch a reply of the big fight (which didn’t live up to the hype if you ask me) and then to watch the latest episode of MLP.
Now I assumed from the title that this would be an Applejack episode. Which is bad news for me because her episodes always feel a little uninspired to me. So I was presently surprised to find this was actually a CMC episode (odd, just two weeks since the last one). But as it turned out, the original exceptions I had when I thought it was an Applejack episode, were in fact realized.

A quick word on how I felt about the original, I loved every second of it! Though I still think people oversell it sometimes. It’s amazing at what it does, being a fun action flick, but there is nothing ground breaking or outside the box about it. It’s like a table, it’s great at what it is meant to do, but at the end of the day, it’s just a table.
The sequel does push things in terms of the story at little more, but only a little. Given that the movie isn’t even out in some parts of the world, I’m going to avoid spoilers as much I can. But if you enjoyed the action in the first film as much as I did, then
